Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revnetic platform provided by DCHUB, a sole proprietorship under Swiss law, Seestrasse 216, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland (“Revnetic”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a workshop, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Revnetic is a multi-tenant, subscription-based workshop-management platform including invoicing, supplier and parts management, job scheduling, an AI diagnostic assistant, and a customer portal. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.

3. Subscriptions & trials

  • Plans are offered as Starter, Professional, and Business, billed monthly or annually.
  • A 30-day free trial is available; nothing is charged before the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial is free of charge.
  • Unless cancelled before the trial ends, paid plans renew automatically for successive billing periods.
  • Plan limits (such as user seats and monthly AI diagnostic sessions) apply as described at sign-up.

4. Fees & billing

Fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout (CHF, EUR, or USD) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable to us; payment processing is handled by Stripe, whose processing costs are borne by us. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the platform;
  • reverse-engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties except your own customers via the portal;
  • send unsolicited or non-compliant marketing through the email tools.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you and your customers put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. For workshops' end-customer data, Revnetic acts as processor under our Data Processing Agreement, accepted at sign-up, and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide any personal data you enter.

7. AI assistant

The “Rev” assistant produces automated suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is a support tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for verifying any diagnosis, procedure, or customer communication before relying on it.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as available”. We may perform maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption. We do not currently offer a committed service-level agreement (SLA).

9. Warranties & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. On termination, your data is handled per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy: uploaded files are deleted promptly, and remaining data is retained for reactivation and deleted on request, subject to statutory retention. You may export your data while your account is active.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
