Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Revnetic uses cookies and similar technologies. Revnetic runs on strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, and remembering your language and pricing region — we never use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we never sell your data. We also use a small number of first-party analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — in the EU, EEA and UK these are set only after you accept them; elsewhere they are enabled by default and you can switch them off at any time. See Section 3.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
The cookies below are either essential to operate the Service, or reflect a choice you've explicitly made (language, pricing currency). The authentication cookies are set as httpOnly and Secure, so they cannot be read by client-side scripts; the preference cookies are readable by the page so we can render your chosen language/currency without an extra request.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
rvn_token | Keeps a workshop user signed in to the main app | 24 hours |
rvn_portal_token | Keeps a customer signed in to the customer portal (magic-link session) | 7 days |
hq_token | Authenticates internal Revnetic administrators on the HQ console | 20 minutes |
rvn_locale | Remembers your chosen interface language | 1 year |
rvn_market | Remembers your chosen pricing currency/region | 1 year |
rvn_cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie choice from the banner below, so we don't ask again | 1 year |
2. Cookies set by our infrastructure providers
Our network provider Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary security cookies (for example to distinguish humans from bots and protect against malicious traffic). These are used solely for security and delivery of the Service.
3. Analytics & marketing (optional)
We use one first-party analytics cookie, rvn_analytics_id, to understand how visitors move through the site and the signup process (which sections get viewed, how long visitors spend on a page, where people drop off before subscribing). This data is anonymous, stays on our own servers, and is never shared with or sold to third parties — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracker. This cookie's default depends on your location: for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK it is set only after you accept it via the cookie banner; for visitors elsewhere (including Switzerland) it is enabled by default. Either way, you can accept, decline or change your choice at any time using the cookie banner or the button below.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
rvn_analytics_id | Anonymous session id used to record which parts of the site you've viewed and your progress through the signup flow | 30 days |
4. Managing your cookies
The cookies in Section 1 are strictly necessary — blocking them will prevent you from signing in or using the Service, and clearing them will sign you out. The analytics cookie in Section 3 is optional (enabled by default outside the EU/EEA/UK, off until you accept within them): you can change your choice at any time with the button below, or by clearing your cookies through your browser settings.
