Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. We ask for a card at signup so your workshop keeps running without interruption afterwards — but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

Can I import my existing customer and parts data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During onboarding you can upload CSV files for your customers and parts inventory — existing records are never overwritten, and you get a per-row report of anything that was skipped. Want to import data after onboarding? Contact support and we'll help you bring it in.

How does the AI diagnostic assistant work?

Accepted Answer

Rev is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It can interpret OBD-II fault codes, search your own repair history for similar cases, look up service procedures and technical references, guide your team around the app, and answer general automotive questions — all within your workshop's own data.

How does supplier and parts management work?

Accepted Answer

Revnetic gives you holistic supplier and part management. Add each supplier with their brands, lead times, minimum order and payment terms, then track your parts inventory — categories, stock, cost and sale price — against them. Record incoming stock as purchase orders, log supplier invoices (with OCR to prefill the lines), and keep every part linked to the supplier it came from.

Is my data secure?

All traffic to Revnetic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and every workshop's data is strictly isolated in its own database schema. We follow the GDPR and the Swiss revFADP, with built-in tools for data export and erasure. Your workshop data is never used to train any AI model.

Question 6

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners can upgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Subscription & Billing; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. When your subscription ends, uploaded files are removed and your business records are retained so you can reactivate or request a copy — email support@revnetic.ch to have everything permanently deleted.
